This source package has succesfully been build on amd64: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=timbl&arch=amd64&ver=6.4.4-3&stamp=1372635651 timbl has been bin-NMU'd: timbl 6.4.4-3+b1. I believe this is in order to deal with http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/ticcutils.html . To my understanding, this binNMU should produce new installable timbl binary packages. No changes to the timbl source package are needed. I guess this bug can get closed. Do you agree?
