It isn't fixed because nobody cares about tile anymore. Currently, one should use Tcl/Tk 8.5 and ttk instead of 8.4 and tile. So, This bug certainly doesn't deserve to possess grave severity. I'll add versioned tk-tile conflict immediately after tk-tile will be fixed, don't worry.
