Package: graphviz Severity: serious Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
I was trying to build graphviz 2.28 for wheezy using git-buildpackage from the <git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/graphviz.git> repository. The build process aborted because the ruby bindings had not been built by the make process. Examining config.log, I found that configure attempts to use ruby1.9 instead of ruby1.8, looks for the header files in the wrong place and then gives up. After uninstalling ruby1.9, I was able to build the package successfully. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
