Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.

Version: 3.2.3-1

Apache 2.4 support was added in puppet 3.2.2-1, and improved in 3.2.3-1.
To be conservative, I'd not say that this bug was fixed in the former,
but it should be in the latter.
