the package declares Standards-Version: 3.9.2 but the changelog is encoded in latin1. Since policy version 3.8.1.0, debian/changelog files must be encoded in UTF-8. This is currently breaking nm.debian.org in a way which cannot be worked around by me. See bug #717851.
