Hi,
Just FYI, unfortunately aspectc++ has been removed from debian/testing.
It is still in unstable, and will not be removed from Debian/stable or
anything, action is required to allow aspectc++ to compile with GCC 4.8.
This issue is tracked at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=701244. Feel free to
reply to 701...@bugs.debian.org with helpful input.
(please ignore message #14, I accidentally used the wrong bug number
when uploading some other, unrelated package).
Did anyone try to compile the latest svn snapshot against GCC 4.8? If
yes, then I could update to that snapshot in order to resolve this
issue.
Kind regards,
Reinhard

The script that generates this mail tries to extract removal
reasons from comments in the britney hint files. Those comments
were not originally meant to be machine readable, so if the
reason for removing your package seems to be nonsense, it is
probably the reporting script that got confused. Please check the
actual hints file before you complain about meaningless removals.
