As per this post: https://code.google.com/p/sqlalchemy-migrate/issues/detail?id=156 python-migrate doesn't work with the last version of python-sqlalchemy which has been uploaded to Sid. Lucky, there's a fix for that: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/python-migrate.git/commit/?id=603ed1d1 I intend to upload the fix soon as a team upload, as it is also impacting most packages in OpenStack (eg: lots of reverse-dependency of python-migrate).
