Thank you.  I have a follow-up question to see if I understand.

Does this mean that the packages that were causing the errors are
actually packages that should not be loaded in zope 3?  I thought they
just hadn't been processed properly....

Maybe there needs to be zope2.8/Products, zope3/Products, etc...
