I changed Build-depends since that bug were filed to include versioned dependency on iasl, so that people don't try to (re)build it with a compiler which does not work. I don't really want to maintain an old version of iasl in debian, and seabios upstream does not have much interest in adopting to changes in new iasl, because old version works just fine. For now, the only way to resolve this, from my PoV, is to re-upload the old, working version of iasl to debian. Or to drop seabios and all dependent packages, including qemu.
