The patch is applied, and further changes on top of it to make the test more portable.... If you looked in libarchive/test/test_read_disk_directory_traversals.c you should have noticed: "Test if the current filesytem is mounted with noatime option." git blame is a useful command to find which exact commits are involved: https://github.com/libarchive/libarchive/blame/master/libarchive/test/test_read_disk_directory_traversals.c Fwiw, libarchive builds fine in a sid chroot on the powerpc porter box.
