fgfs-atlas is not installable (at least not on amd64 and on i386) since it
depends on simgear2.0.0. No package with that name exists currently in
stable, testing, sid or experimental. There is, however, a package named
simgear2.4.0.
According to edos.debian.net this package is not installable since
December 6, 2011.
