Hi all, This (or maybe another?) bug also affects RAID-based systems. I have my system installed on RAID 1 (fakeraid). After upgrading 1.99-27.1 -> 2.00-14 it was impossible to boot system.
Workaround for those who met this: boot from livecd, chroot, downgrade grub to 1.99-27.1 (from Wheezy repo), manually grub-install & update-grub2.
