Sorry for the noise, but while zsh-beta's debian/control contains a
zsh-beta-static stanza, building this package is disabled in
debian/rules:
ifneq (zsh-beta,$(package))
binary-arch: binary-arch-dynamic binary-arch-static binary-arch-dev
else
binary-arch: binary-arch-dynamic
endif
So, actually, this bug is no bug. Meh.
