Builds of squid3 in minimal environments (as on the autobuilders) fail with errors concerning undefined libecap symbols because pkg-config isn't available to point its build system at the actual ecap library, per the excerpted logs below (from an amd64 build, not that it ultimately matters). Could you please declare a build dependency on pkg-config and confirm with pbuilder or the like that you didn't miss any others?
