Please provide the output of lspci and dmidecode as I asked, so that we have a clue of what kind of hardware you are using. Also, I'm surprised that you are talking about problems with Debian 7, when your kernel log shows: Linux version 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 (Debian 2.6.32-48squeeze1) Maybe you could try just *running* the kernel 3.2, and not just try to upgrade your domU? Normally, this only needs you to edit the Xen domU startup file, to point at the correct kernel. You can do that without upgrading, even picking-up the kernel files from another machine!
