You probably did not read the changelog of sundials 2.5.0-3. The new version no longer uses LDFLAGS for fixing the bug, so it should play nicely with derivatives. Concerning the other issue with libsundials_fnvecserial, if you still care about it, please open another (non-RC) bug. -- .''`.
