Yes, 12_nostrip.patch is also supposed to set the timestamp
(2008-06-11 12:46:32 -0400 for Makefile, and 2008-06-11 12:46:12 -0400
for Makefile.nw).  Maybe that isn't working like it used to.  I guess
I'll have to add the Makefile to debian/patches/99_touch.dpatch
