Thank you Adam for pointing this out! That is my mistake. My build directory got dirty, appaently, and I forgot to check the debdiff before uploading. I've rebuilt it again, clean, 0.13-3, and uploaded. Debdiff now looks ok. Please unblock. Thank you!
