thanks

This bug was reported against etherconf 1.14-0.3, but 1.14-0.4 was
released over a year and a half ago, and no further reports of this time
were ever made to the Debian BTS. The version currently in Debian
stable and unstable is 1.17-0.1.

Closing this ancient, unreproducible bug.
