Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

I could not install this package on either an i386 or an amd64 system running
Sid

gael@oskar:~$

fusesmb depends on fuse-utils which is only available for the alpha and hppa
architectures.
It should probably rather depend on fuse.
