Hi, the mbr package seems to be using the system ld(1) utility to operate on object files created by as86, I think that’s wrong and – as we see in the build logs – cannot work: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=mbr&arch=ia64&ver=1.1.11-5&stamp=1336899823 http://buildd.debian-ports.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=mbr&arch=m68k&ver=1.1.11-5&stamp=1357260271 Since IA64 is a release architecture, I’m filing this as RC.
