I have reviewed your package and the changes for revision -4 and I think the debian/copyright is ok now. There are, however, many lintian problems you should address in the next upload. Please wait until 0.5.7-4 has been migrated into testing before addressing the aforementioned issues. It's more important to have the package fixed in Wheezy first.
