Hi Stephan, When I saw your patch for this bug (and #692053) I immediately thought of mipsel hardware with 16K page size. I think you have probably found the reason for #651636.
I'm afraid I can't really test your patch though until it is uploaded and built on the buildds (it takes them more than a day! and all I have is a netbook). Thanks for your work on this!
