Package: gphoto2-2 Version: 2.4.6-3 Severity: serious I've marked this bug "serious" because it could lead to someone accessing or deleting files on the wrong device when multiple devices are connected.
I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII connected to a USB port. It is not mounted. While the phone is connected, I then connect a second device, Nikon D800 DSLR camera, to another USB port. A popup appears telling me that a device has been detected ("You have just inserted a medium with digital photos") and asking me what I want to do with it I select the option to browse the contents in a window The window appears with the title 'NIKON DSC D800' - but the contents of the window are the files on the Samsung Galaxy SIII. If I unplug the phone, and then connect the camera again, I don't see any popup. Note this problem is intermittent: sometimes I connect the DSLR and no popup appears. However, whenever the popup does appear, I get the files from the phone in a window titled 'NIKON DSC D800' -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
