Package: grub-common Version: 1.99-23 Followup-For: Bug #661789 Copying unicode.pf2 to /boot/grub was enough to get the 00_header script to insert a section containing load_video into the config on my fresh encrypted disk install without any other changes. Previously it couldn't find a font and skipped adding the required section.
