fwiw, I can confirm that dropping those three breaks in addition to the one against eog, works around the problem and allows to successfully run a dist-upgrade. That said, those breaks were added for a reason, so if possible we would prefer to keep them. David, do you have other ideas how we can hint apt into the right direction and break the dep cycle? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
