Package: libembperl-perl
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 4.8

Build:
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=libembperl-perl&ver=2.0.1-1&arch=arm&st$

fails during output caching tests:
sub EXPIRES in source... ok
sub EXPIRES in source (cached)...ok

Performing httpd syntax check 1 ... ERROR: Syntax OK not found
Got apache2: bad group name 1023

Attempting to reproduce this on my netwinder unstable chroot I find that the
package simply builds OK. I am at a bit of a loss to explain this. What
exactly is that test doing? Trying to run apache or apache2?
