Oh, seriously? ;) (Note it was filed against *exact that* version and I even saw it myself and tagged it confirmed.) This doesn't change the fact that this bug is forwarded upstream and will only be fixed when it's fixed upstream / we have a patch from somewhere. I'll probably constantly check with http://people.debian.org/~rene/libreoffice/4.0.0 whether what will become 4.0.0 (and is supposed to have many ooxml fixes) still has the problem.
