Yes, but release managers disapprove of simple binNMUs covering over the underlying problem, as I wrote earlier: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=685540#20 The proper fix is this combo: 1) File bugreport against asterisk-dev about broken/missing hints about shared library. 2) Fix bug filed in 1). 3) Make simple binNMUs of asterisk-flite and asterisk-espeak which then get proper hints from asterisk-dev and therefore is acceptable by release team.
