Package: flexbackup
Version: 1.2.1-6
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 2.2.1 The main archive area

You see afio (now in non-free) is listed as the first automatic choice
for recommends.
  --\ Recommends (2)
    --- afio | dump | star | pax | zip | sharutils | binutils | lzma (>=
4.43-2) | rsync

There are only 2 packages which violates this policy text in 2.2.1 this
way now in our archive. This package is one of it. (Another one is
capi4hylafax)

(There are some packages which lists non-free/contrib as alternative
choices for depends and recommends. That is another story.)

Anyway, this package seems to be abandoned. Bug reports with patches
have not been responded for last 5 years. (Fixing this bug is as simple
as moving afio to suggest.)

I know this is not violation of wheezy release policy which ignores
dependency in recommends but still serious bug.
    http://release.debian.org/wheezy/rc_policy.txt

I think this is best dropped considering all the situation.
