Thanks for the reminder! I'd originally cloned #688684 because I'd
thought setting up alternatives might be in order; however, when the
conflicting executables turned out to have incompatible usages, Olivier
proceeded to address the issue by simply renaming ncbi-blast+'s seedtop
to seedtop+, so blast2 can stay as is. (I wouldn't bother formally
conflicting with the affected ncbi-blast+ version, which was never in
stable, or even testing IIRC.)
