Please revert, this will only break everything around and we don't really want transition sasl right now.
The only thing which broke was openldap due some really deep internal library symbols, which are not used anywhere else, and it's already fixed, so I don't think this deserves transition. Debian release might have different opinion though, but if not I suggest to set this as wheezy-ignore. O.
