The new fwknop fixes many security problems: http://seclists.org/oss-sec/2012/q3/509 It's fixed in 2.0.3. The link include the patches too.
I have upgraded my working copy with the latest 2.0.3 but I was working on the perl binding, so I did not upload it by now.
