To the other CC'd DDs - yes, there was an e-mail that I sent that you
may have missed due to some awful e-mail misconfiguration at my hosting
provider that has hopefully been fixed since :(  You can take a look at
the log of #672616 for my September 6 message - but it's OK now, since
Nicholas took care of it.
