Package: libwmf-bin Version: 0.2.8.4-6.1+b1 Severity: grave File: /usr/bin/wmf2svg
This is odd. I could not find any bug report for this so I am reporting it. I cannot convert a wmf file, it keeps on failing with: $ wmf2svg -o bla.svg /tmp/test.wmf ERROR: font.c (1334): wmf_ipa_font_map: failed to load *any* font! The workaround is simply: $ wmf2svg --wmf-fontdir=/usr/share/fonts/type1/gsfonts -o bla.svg /tmp/test.wmf It would be nice it this was handled gracefully and/or documented. Thanks much Ps: as a side note it generates & characters instead of & which make the SVG output invalid... -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.5 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable'), (200, 'testing'), (100, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libwmf-bin depends on: ii libc6 2.11.3-3 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libexpat1 2.0.1-7+squeeze1 XML parsing C library - runtime li ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1~bpo60+1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libjpeg62 6b1-1 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libpng12-0 1.2.44-1+squeeze4 PNG library - runtime ii libwmf0.2-7 0.2.8.4-6.1+b1 Windows metafile conversion librar ii libx11-6 2:1.3.3-4 X11 client-side library ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 compression library - runtime libwmf-bin recommends no packages. libwmf-bin suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
