hurd-i386 buildds *do* run the testsuite by default. But occasionnally we skip it just to get package built to have an insight into what problems will be encountered later in dependent packages. That's the only way to manage to get progress, otherwise there's often something broken somewhere and no progress can be made. > I filed a bug for the problem in hurd's upstream bug tracker ages ago.
