yeah at least that error seems to be the same, I need to try that fix and in the case I still get the same error of kernel panic with the netload plugin running that will means that the "RSS counter" was not the bug... Actually when i get the kernel panic only happens if i have the xfce4-netload-plugin running and the kernel panic show a line where it specific the xfce4-netload-plugin....
