Hi, Licq used to depend on licq-plugin-qt4 | licq-plugin but as the plugins depend on licq that introduced a circular dependency and was resolved by making licq recommend licq-plugin. See bug 567989.
I agree that it would be more correct if licq somehow could depend on licq-plugin without introducing a circular dependency.
