Hello Philip, nice to meet you! :-)

This is great news, indeed!
I see that there already are other images under the terms of WTFPL-2,
which is OK.

Thanks a lot for replacing the flag images!

If you are referring to restore.png (which is one single image, isn't
it?), great!
I am looking forward to seeing it replaced by something really
DFSG-free (for instance under WTFPL or GPL or LGPL...).

You're welcome!

Since you have already replaced the flag*.png images, I would say that
the next steps could be:

  * replace restore.png with a really DFSG-free image

  * double-check the actual license of images by David Vignoni et al.
<www.oxygen-icons.org>: as I said, my understanding is that they are
dual-licensed under the terms of CC-by-sa-v3.0 and the GNU LGPL...

  * update and correct the debian/copyright file accordingly

  * upload a new version of the package to unstable that closes this
bug report in its changelog...

  * ask the release team to grant a freeze exception, so that the new
version may migrate into testing

Thank you very much for addressing this issue!
