open-vm-dkms was broken since upstreams dkms is broken as of the version
*before* the one i've uploaded on the 30th that was supposed to fix it
(so there's no difference if i had uploaded or not - the issue remained
not fixed, with or without the upload), see bts, but you know that i
presume.

people want and need (e.g. for upstart) the newest just released
plymouth, it's not my fault that it takes time to get it right (as you
can see from changelog and the bts).
