package masqmail version 0.3.4-1 tags 678493 + pending thanks
Thanks a lot.I sovled this by running dpkg-maintscript-helper (rm_conffile) for /etc/default/masqmail too.
This makes a Backup named masqmail.dpkg-bak, for the old file wich was not part of package and created by debconf(1).
