Please sit down comfortably, and re-read the policy manual. I have received few of these bug reports, and they were valid each time. You don't need to "refuse to re-open this bug", I did it and patched nova for everyone to use... I'm currently adding templates for configuring nova-compute-xen, and will upload when I'm done with my tests.
