Justification: FTBFS
Hi,
we have test failures on Linux archs, and missing files to install on
kfreebsd-*. This prevents your package from migrating to testing, and
the cpl transition to be processed.

Hi,
in version 6.1.1-1, the FTBS are fixed for these platforms:
* ia64, s390x:
loosing required accuracy for cpl_fit_imagelist_polynomial_window())
* kfreebsd-i386, kfreebsd-amd64:
Add --with-java-includes-md to configure
FTBS still occures for armel and sparc. Both platforms did never
compile, so they should not considered RC and not block the transition.
The reason is different for both platform, so it makes sense to split
the bug. I therefore cloned it and close this original one.
Cheers
Ole
