OpenFST 1.2-1 broke ABI without changing SONAMEs (at least FLAGS_fst_pair_parentheses disappeared, probably more).
AFAICS OpenFST 1.3.2 breaks ABI again (an extra parameter was added to the fst::StrToInt64 function).
While this is currently not a dig deal (the package is only in experimental, there are no reverse dependencies), somebody should talk with upstream about this before this package is uploaded to unstable.
