Dear all, In a hope to accelerate the process I have uploaded my packages of biber and biblatex, together with the existing ones in this github repo.
https://github.com/mtelleria/biber-biblatex-debian-packaging There you can find, with their respective tags, the upstream and full dirs of: biber 0.9.9 biber 1.0beta (the same as the one existing in Sid but with the correct version number). biblatex 1.7 biblatex 2.0beta There might be some lintian errors left but I think that they could be dealt with later.
