Hi, you have uploaded nmh built against libdb4.8 which is obsolete and (almost) removed from the archive: http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/libdb.html Since the debian/control file is correct and the package builds correctly in fresh pbuilder, it means you have built your package on not up-to-date unstable system. If fact the system you have built your package in, is probably ages old (maybe squeeze system?).
