Hi,As specified in the description and the documentation, libatlas3gf-base is just provided <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=libatlas3gf-base> as a convenient and easy way to install atlas. The right way is to rebuild locally the package.
