Package: accountsservice Version: 0.6.21-2 Severity: serious Hi,
Disabling systemd support (bug #674433) has completely broken accountsservice for people using this init system. The error can be found in this comment[0]. This seems due to the fact that the dbus service file is still referencing the systemd service file, but the later is not installed any more. mbiebl has suggested the following fix for this bug: < mbiebl> a/ remove SystemdService from the dbus .service file < mbiebl> b/ install accounts-service.daemon manually < mbiebl> c/ re-enable systemd support (which will include systemd-logind support) on Linux Cheers Laurent Bigonville [0] http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=674433#20 -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_BE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=fr_BE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages accountsservice depends on: ii dbus 1.5.12-1 ii libaccountsservice0 0.6.21-2 ii libc6 2.13-33 ii libglib2.0-0 2.32.3-1 ii libpolkit-gobject-1-0 0.105-1 accountsservice recommends no packages.
