Hi,
I got the following error while upgrading from 1.0.5-1 (actually, the
report below is from a "aptitude remove freeradius; userdel freerad;
aptitude install freeradius" which I did after the upgrade failed with
the same error):

Unpacking freeradius (from .../freeradius_1.0.5-2_i386.deb) ...
Setting up freeradius (1.0.5-2) ...

Not creating /etc/freeradius.
update-rc.d: /etc/init.d/freeradius: file does not exist

The /etc/init.d/freeradius script exists in both versions of this package.
If it's missing from your system, this is due to some local action, not due
to a bug in the package.  To restore the missing /etc/init.d/freeradius
script, you will want to dpkg -i the package directly, using the
--force-confmiss option.
