I hear dropouts of about 1 second, alternating with OK sound for about 2 or 3 seconds. I get this when just listening to the local asterisk demo sounds, as well as with VOIP over the net. When doing IAX2 over the net, the other party does not hear (not hear, heh) dropouts.
A tcpdump trace shows that packets are not getting sent to the IAXy. They never leave the computer. This is a Mac, with the MPC7400 PowerPC "G4" CPU. So far I've tried two kernel configs: The first was 2.6.13.2, and the second was 2.6.13.4 with a 1000 HZ tick and that evil ztdummy.ko driver loaded. Nothing changed.
